I have been having problems with one of my tires ever since buying them in 2023 (from a different shop). I have complained to my mechanic that this tire kept losing significant pressure every time the temperature dipped and he said that it was normal and to be expected.
I told this to Brandon and his guys at Tires Now and they took my car in, answered all my questions, and educated me on future decisions, what to look for, and most importantly, what was wrong w my tire! They fixed me up and sent me on my way. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and so down to earth. I can't wait to purchase my next set of tires with them!
Winter in Canada requires Winter Tires and I was in need of some decent affordable ones. Nav was very helpful and friendly. Ordered on a Monday morning, installed next day which was very convenient.Wife’s car had a screw in it and needed a patch, they were willing to fix it as I waited even though they were busy. Very good customer service.
